Born and raised on the coast of Maine, Nicholas came to Sarasota by way of Boston — and earned his real estate licence in 2009 for one reason: to help people the Great Recession had knocked sideways.

That start in short sales and foreclosures turned into years with a local homebuilder, learning new construction from the slab up, then a career at Keller Williams advising and training other agents.

An Audio Production degree from Boston made him a genuinely good listener; a Leadership Studies degree from USF taught him that clear communication is the whole job. Today he is the Broker for simpliHōM across the entire state of Florida.
